Just mix the powder with the bonding liquid in the pail. Non shrinking formula with exceptional strength and adhesion for use on worn concrete/masonry as well as glass, steel, aluminum, and wood. Use for vertical or horizontal, above/below grade patch and repair projects both indoor or outdoor. Apply with trowel or putty knife.
